Frequently asked.
Does ISO 30415 itself certify an organization?
No. ISO 30415:2021 provides diversity and inclusion guidance. ISO-30415:DISM is InclusionScore / WSMI's separate assessment and certification methodology with its own review rules.
What is ISO-30415:DIP?
ISO-30415:DIP identifies the InclusionScore / WSMI Diversity & Inclusion Professional pathway. DIP is a professional credential, distinct from the ISO 30415:2021 publication and the ISO-30415:DISM methodology.
Do we need an assessment before implementation?
A diagnostic establishes a baseline and helps scope the work. Existing evidence can be used, but its relevance and quality still need review.
What does IMMI measure?
IMMI structures an evidence-based view of inclusion maturity across the organization. A self-assessed result is distinct from Advisor validation or independent assurance.
